- Execute phase project delivery – Cost and planning delivery for complete client project, Samphire delivered the support which covered all areas including trees, subsea contractor, topsides contractor and topsides construction contractor as well as all client internal project costs. This allowed the full project to be delivered, managed, and reported under Samphire resources / systems
- Procurement package – Cost, planning and procurement management of fabrication packages for a subsea campaign on behalf of a client
